What is flag football?
Flag football is a low-contact variant of American football. Instead of tackling the ball carrier, defenders pull a flag from their belt. That makes the sport accessible to all ages and fitness levels.
Do I need experience to join?
No. We welcome beginners just as much as experienced players. Come to a trial training session and find out if flag football is for you.
How much does membership cost?
Active playing membership costs 18 € per month. Other membership types, such as a supporting membership, may have different rates. Reach out via our contact form for details.
How can I join or attend a trial training?
No need to contact us first — just show up to one of our training sessions in sportswear and cleats. Filling out our contact form or the try-out form on our training page is optional if you'd like us to know you're coming. You can find the membership application on our club page.
What equipment do I need to get started?
Sportswear and cleats are enough to get started. We provide flags and further equipment once you're training with us regularly.
When and where do you train?
You can find our in-season and off-season training times and locations on our training page.
Which leagues do you play in?
Our 1st team competes in the 1. DFFL, Germany's top division. Our 2nd team plays in the Bayernliga.
