Curious about flag football? Skip the paperwork and come straight to one of our training sessions below in sportswear and cleats — no registration, no commitment, no need to contact us first. Your first few sessions are free while you check us out.
Regular Season (April - October)
During the regular season, all training sessions take place at our main facility.

Off-Season (November - March)
During the off-season, we additionally train at an indoor facility on Tuesday to maintain our practice schedule throughout winter.
